⭐️ How do I schedule a service?

You can easily contact us by filling out our online intake form HERE and scheduling a free meet-and-greet. We’ll get to know you and your pet before your first booking!

⭐️ Do you require a meet-and-greet before services?

Yes, we require a meet-and-greet for all new clients. This helps us understand your pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs.

⭐️ My dog is not fixed, is this an issue?

For boarding or group walks, all dogs must be Neutered or Spayed.

For private walks, in-home pet sitting, and drop-in visits, non-fixed dogs or cats are acceptable.

⭐️ What services do you offer?

We also offer care for cats and small animals upon request.

⭐️ Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! Pet Care by Sara is fully insured and bonded, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in our care.

⭐️ What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! We offer flexible cancellations with minimal penalties. For holiday bookings, we ask for extra notice due to high demand.

⭐️ What vaccinations are required?

All dogs must be current on core vaccinations including:

Rabies
DHPP
Bordetella

We may request proof of vaccination before your pet’s stay or walk.

⭐️ Can Pet Care by Sara administer medication?

Yes, we’re experienced with oral medications, topicals, and certain injections. Please let us know during the meet-and-greet if your pet has medical needs.

⭐️ What happens in case of an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and are authorized to seek emergency veterinary care. Your pet’s safety is our top priority.
